Any inquisitive probe comes in the form of a question. Be it from a kid, a business owner or a simple buyer!
Questions have led to great discoveries, solutions and new horizons. At the same time, if you are in the line of fire, questions can turn you down or charge you up! But, there can never be an irrelevant question from your audience.
If you are presenting, every question from every member in the audience is relevant and appropriate. Also, asking questions that create a sense of urgency and seriousness to find an answer will make it mutually beneficial.
