Hurt

July 31, 2024
In this vast world, where life does bloom,
Each being has its space, its room.
No right have we to cause them pain,
In heart or soul, or leaf and vein.

A creature’s cry, a whisper soft,
From soaring bird to roots aloft,
Speaks of a bond we must protect,
With love and care, and deep respect.

For every life, both small and grand,
Deserves a gentle, guiding hand.
So let us tread with tender grace,
In every heart, in every place.
