Listening

Why is it so hard to listen? There’s no need to respond to everything you hear. Just listen. Record, Review; Respond only when asked for. Practice the 30s rule. Do not utter a word without a pause for 30s. Be graceful. 30s is good enough for the mind to prepare you well.
