Cleanse

July 11, 2024
I came running, stood before you,
Praying for help, a path anew.
Your silence spoke in ways profound,
In stillness, answers I found.

You stayed as ever, calm and wise,
While I, with restless, seeking eyes,
Forgot to cleanse my inner strife,
Yet kept my home in order, life.

Why do I clean the pots and pans,
But miss the stains upon my hands?

Cleansing

April 14, 2024
In daily scribbles, we find our cleanse,
Unveiling brightness in life’s dense.
Each stroke, a purpose, worth exploring,
Four years’ journey, all ears adoring.
