Moderation

A mind that’s free, a boundless space.
Tolerant like the sky so wide,
Sunlight’s warmth on every side.
Mountain firm and tree so mild,
Bends with wind, yet undefiled.
With no fixed goal, yet all in play,
Welcomes life’s gifts day by day.
Impossible is naught to he,
Who lets go and finds liberty.
Cares for all with tender might,
A mother’s love, pure and bright.
Enslaved

To tend to health, to nourish each day,
Shelter and sustenance, essential they be,
Yet wealth alone won’t set you free.
But wield it wisely, let it thrive,
Put it to work, let goodness arrive,
Not enslaved by riches, but guided with care,
To uplift others, a wealth we share.
