I came running, stood before you,
Praying for help, a path anew.
Your silence spoke in ways profound,
In stillness, answers I found.

You stayed as ever, calm and wise,
While I, with restless, seeking eyes,
Forgot to cleanse my inner strife,
Yet kept my home in order, life.

Why do I clean the pots and pans,
But miss the stains upon my hands?

Be needed, not needy, and trust where you stand,
With all that you have, life unfolds as planned.

Why do you worry on this joy ride,
Afraid to lose the mask you hide?
Tired of screens, evading the light,
Or lacking courage to face the night?

There’s one Sun, the world depends,
He knows his path, his journey’s end.
You are one in billions, true,
Yet the world spins without you.

Remember, each cog in the wheel,
Is vital, its role surreal.
