Feelings flow and rush within,
Occupy the mind and all therein.
When overwhelmed, your eyes will fill,
Exhaustion comes, breaths stand still.

Fear will make your body freeze,
Truth revealed, all tension flees.
Heart relieved, so light and free,
Feelings shape your destiny.

Moderate them, live life well,
In their dance, let balance dwell.

Hunger and thirst, anger and joy,
Invisible, intangible, yet they deploy
In the heart, in the mind, ever so real,
Proof of our essence, our soulful appeal.

Unseen, yet undeniable, they reside,
Much like consciousness, deep inside.
