Sky Garden Tales

October 8, 2025
✏️ Day 25 – Sky Garden Tales
 (Singapore)

My pencil woke up curious today.
“Can we draw the future?” it asked.
Before I could answer,
lines began to rise like stems of steel and glass.

The Supertrees appeared first—
giant gardens with glowing veins,
reaching for the clouds as if they were chasing dreams.
The pencil zipped between them,
sketching bridges, boats,
and a skyline that looked like it could breathe.

Then came a secret:
there’s a place here called the Cloud Forest,
where waterfalls live indoors.
I smiled—
imagine rain with air-conditioning!

When I signed the page,
the pencil hummed quietly,
its tip silver with pride.
Sometimes, it whispered,
even cities learn how to bloom.

✨ If your pencil could plant a dream, what shape would it grow into?

Kites in the Sky

September 22, 2025

✏️ Day 9 – Kites in the Sky
I ran to the terrace with my pencil today.
Before I knew it, the page was full of kites—
red ones racing, blue ones tumbling,
yellow ones stretching their tails like dancing birds.

I added one more kite, string tied to my wrist.
The wind tugged gently, and I smiled.
For a moment, I wasn’t sketching anymore.
I was flying.

✨ Close your eyes, pick a place, let your pencil draw it.

Sky

September 21, 2024
Open as the sky, vast and true,
Embracing sun, stars, moonlit hue.
Clouds may gather, rain may fall,
Yet it welcomes each, it welcomes all.

Snow may drift or skies stay clear,
In its boundless heart, none disappear.
It holds no judgment, makes no plea—
In its embrace, all are free.

So keep your heart as wide as sky,
With space for every small joy to fly.
Let it stay or drift away,
Be untouchable, vast as sky.
