✏️ Day 11 – The Flying Bus The school bus rattled down the road today, its windows yawning, its seats yawning louder.
So I sketched a pair of wings on its sides. Feather by feather, the bus stretched and lifted, rising like a bird that had been waiting too long.
Children leaned out of the windows, their laughter spilling like confetti into the clouds. And I sat in the last row, sketchbook in hand, watching a bus discover its secret—that it was never meant for roads.
✨ Where would your Pencil Passport take you today?
✏️ Day 10 – The Hidden Cave I sketched a cave today, its mouth wide and curious, like it was waiting for me to step inside.
With my pencil, I lit a torch, and the walls began to glow with shapes— shells, stars, and even an old pair of spectacles!
Deeper in, I found a treasure chest, but when I opened it, it was full of laughter. Soft, echoing giggles that made me laugh too. Imagine that—a cave that hides joy instead of gold.
✏️ Day 9 – Kites in the Sky I ran to the terrace with my pencil today. Before I knew it, the page was full of kites— red ones racing, blue ones tumbling, yellow ones stretching their tails like dancing birds.
I added one more kite, string tied to my wrist. The wind tugged gently, and I smiled. For a moment, I wasn’t sketching anymore. I was flying.
✨ Close your eyes, pick a place, let your pencil draw it.
