By practice’s pull, day by day.
It’s easy to lose sight, forget,
Habit’s rhythm, a quiet threat.
Yet life within, a guiding flame,
Steers us forward, beyond the same.
Do not bow to habit’s call,
Or let blind practice rule it all.
Be present, awake, and truly see,
Each moment holds eternity.
This teaching whispers, calm yet rife:
To be is the master of life.
