Suspicion

June 12, 2024
When suspicion casts its shadowed guise,
We find ourselves in thorny ties,
Amongst the snakes with venom’s sting,
A garden where no joy can spring.

But if we choose a loving hand,
To touch the hearts across the land,
We might just find the roses bloom,
With fragrant joy, dispelling gloom.

Self worth

June 9, 2024
Is saying and forgetting a curse you bear,
While doing and showing brings merit rare?
Or is silent action a boon in disguise,
With deeds alone reaching the skies?

Are you a coin with value inscribed,
To be held, used, and exchanged worldwide?
Or a tree that thrives in nature’s embrace,
Unmoved by the world’s relentless race?

Be useful beyond numbers and worth,
For this life is yours, a precious birth.
Shape it with meaning, both vast and true,
Its value defined solely by you.

Preaching

April 2, 2024
In life’s grand stage, we take our part,
Not to preach, but to live from heart.
With each step, let values shine,
In deeds and words, our souls entwine.

For preaching fades, but actions stay,
In every choice, along our way.
So let our lives, a testament be,
To the values we hold dearly.
