Jataka Bandi

Guru

September 7, 2024
The teacher knows there’s naught to teach,
So all who seek, he kindly meets.
The lover sees none to adore,
Thus gives his heart to rich and poor.

The master learns no ground is bound,
So everywhere, his soul is found.

Let go

September 6, 2024
Do your work, then step back,
With all your heart, embrace the track.
Like a parent, proud, lets go,
Trust the seeds you’ve sown will grow.

In the quiet, joy takes flight,
As what you’ve shaped seeks its own light.
With love, release, and let it be,
A work fulfilled, now truly free.

Detachment

September 4, 2024
In distance, things are held with ease,
Yet beyond them lies the hardest breeze.
Detachment brings a crystal sight,
Where love is born in purest light.

Her heart, a mirror, calm and clear,
Reflects all faces, far and near,
Without a judgment, true and free,
Just as they are, so they shall be.
